Picture above: UIW students and faculty partner with the Little Angels of Mary, a non-profit in Guatemala building a garden in an area where 69% of the children have been malnourished. The garden is in memory of Theresa Canales, an Incarnate Word graduate known for her civic engagement and service.

Creation Care/Cuidado de la Creación

 Sessions in the University of the Incarnate Word Student and Engagement Center and Mabee Library Auditorium and some will also be online and on the various campuses.

Creation Care/Cuidado de la Creación, a Conference and Film Festival of UIW and Holy Cross partners in the US, Mexico, Uganda, Gatemala, and Peru. Sessions online and on the ground sharing research, action, and inspiration. 

 Laudato Si, an urgent invitation from Pope Francis calls all to sustainability, to protect God’s Creation.  Learn how members of Incarnate Word schools and Holy Cross Brothers schools are responding.
