Over 10,500 boxes have been requested to help those in need. Basic comforts such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and other personal-care items are a luxury for many San Antonio children, veterans, elderly, homeless and vulnerable populations. Change a life today by participating in the Shoebox Project.

Decorate shoeboxes with family, friends or coworkers. Fill them with hygiene items.&nbsp;Please make sure your box(es) can be opened for safety inspections. You can also donate items and we will fill a box for you. Items needed:&nbsp;Adhesive bandages, baby wipes, conditioner, shampoo, soap/body wash, deodorant, hair comb/brush, lotion, hand sanitizer, toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitary napkins/liners, tampons&nbsp; Items not accepted:&nbsp;Food, medicine, mouthwash, razors, sewing kits, used or opened items Drop-off completed boxes at The Ettling Center for Civic Leadership and Sustainability @ 4301 Broadway, San Antonio TX, 78209. Our office is located in AD Building #158.&nbsp; Each donated shoebox will earn 4 hours of community service. When submitting your impact, please upload a picture of your donated shoebox.
