*Paid Position* Fair Housing Testers Needed

Open Opportunity

About

SouthCoast Fair Housing is seeking objective, detail-oriented, well-organized individuals interested in becoming fair housing testers.

Fair Housing Testing is a strategy used to determine if people looking for housing are being treated differently based on their race, gender, disability, or membership in other such protected classes. Testing allows us to measure and document differences in the quality, content, and quantity of information and services provided to seekers of apartments and houses. Testers will assume profiles assigned by the testing coordinator and covertly gather data on potential housing providers. They will be asked to fill out a report following their tests.
